Here Is Some Tips
1. Brush twice daily
— Morning & night using a soft toothbrush.
2. Use fluoride toothpaste
— Helps strengthen teeth and prevent cavities.
3. Don’t rush brushing
— Brush for 2 minutes each time.
4. Brush your tongue
— Removes bacteria & bad breath.
5. Floss once a day
— Cleans between teeth where brushes can’t reach.
6. Rinse after meals
— If you can’t brush, just rinse with water.
